Refund policy

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As all works are individually produced and made to order, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.

Each piece is created specifically upon order and is individually signed and numbered. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your artwork arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at poppy@poppyfetzner.de so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only granted in cases of verified defects or shipping damage.
